1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Fahim Code, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Description

Fahim Code provides web development, app development, design, and digital consulting services. The specific details, deliverables, and timelines for each project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for our services, the client retains all intellectual property rights to the final deliverables, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. Fahim Code retains the right to use the completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes.

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be detailed in your project agreement. We typically require an initial deposit before commencing work, with subsequent milestones tied to project progress. All invoices are due within the timeframe specified on the invoice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Fahim Code shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or any related digital products.
