Data Deletion

Use this page to request deletion of your personal data. Meta App Review can use this URL as the User Data Deletion Instructions URL. Apple and Google account-deletion rules are also covered here.

1. What this page is for

Fahim Code LLC and Fahim Code LTD will delete or anonymize personal data we hold about you when you ask, unless we must keep it for law, accounting, security, or an ongoing dispute. This includes website enquiries, app accounts, and data received from Facebook Login or other Meta products.

2. How to request deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject line Data deletion request and include:

The email or phone number you used with us
The product: website, client project, iOS app, Android app, or Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp app
Your Facebook user ID if the request is about a Meta app (optional, but speeds up matching)

We will verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days (sooner when we can). We will email confirmation to the address you used, unless you ask us not to.

3. Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp apps

If you connected a Fahim Code app through Meta, you can also remove it in Facebook: Settings → Apps and Websites. Removing the app stops new access. To delete data we already stored, send the email above. This page is our published Data Deletion Instructions for Meta Platform.

If we later add an automated Meta data-deletion callback, that endpoint will still follow these same rules.

4. Apple and Google apps

If an app lets you create an account, the app will also include an in-app delete-account path, as required by Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1(v) and Google Play account deletion policy. You can still email us. Store purchase history stays with Apple or Google; we cannot erase their records.

Profile, contact, and account records we control
App content tied to your account that is not needed for other users
Meta tokens and profile data we stored for the integration

We may keep invoices, tax records, and security logs for the legally required period, with access limited to those purposes. Backups roll off on their normal cycle.
