Refund Policy

Last updated: August 24, 2026

This policy covers invoices paid to Fahim Code LLC (United States) or Fahim Code LTD (Bangladesh) through Stripe, Wise, PayPal, Payoneer, Relay, bank transfer, cards, and similar rails, and explains how Apple App Store and Google Play refunds work. Stripe and other processors may ask for this URL.

1. Scope

This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service. If a signed statement of work or invoice states different refund terms, that document controls for that order.

2. Custom development, retainers, and consulting

  • Deposits. A deposit is used to reserve time and start work. After we have started (research, design, setup, or code), deposits are not refundable except as required by law.
  • Milestones. Paid milestones for delivered work are not refundable. If we cancel remaining unused milestones before work on them starts, we refund the unused prepaid amount minus non-recoverable third-party costs (licenses, ads, stock, contractor fees already incurred).
  • Hourly retainers. Unused prepaid hours may be refunded if you cancel in writing before those hours are scheduled, minus any already-used time billed at the agreed rate.
  • Change of mind. Changing scope or pausing a project is not by itself a refund. We can pause and apply remaining prepaid fees to later work for 12 months unless we agree otherwise.

3. Digital products sold on our website

If we sell a downloadable or access-based product directly (not through Apple or Google): you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not substantially used, downloaded, or activated the product, or if the product is defective and we cannot fix it in a reasonable time. After access is delivered and used, refunds are discretionary except where consumer law requires otherwise.

4. Apple App Store and Google Play

Purchases, subscriptions, and in-app items billed by Apple or Google must be refunded by that store. We cannot issue those refunds from Stripe or a bank transfer.

  • Apple: Report a Problem or request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com
  • Google Play: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & order history, or Google’s refund help pages

Cancel auto-renew in your Apple ID or Google Play account to stop future charges.

5. Stripe, Wise, PayPal, Payoneer, Relay, and banks

Approved refunds are sent on the original rail when the provider allows it (for example back to the card on Stripe). Wise, PayPal, Payoneer, Relay, and bank refunds may take several business days and can incur FX differences. We are not responsible for intermediary bank fees. We do not refund processor or FX fees already charged by those providers unless required by law.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us first at [email protected]. Unjustified chargebacks after accepted delivery may lead to evidence being submitted to the processor and recovery of fees. Fraudulent transactions will be reversed.

7. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with subject “Refund request”, your invoice or order ID, payment method (Stripe, Wise, etc.), and reason. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval, plus provider settlement time.

8. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory cooling-off or statutory warranty rights in your country. If those rights are stronger than this policy, they apply.
