Delivery & Fulfillment Policy
Last updated: September 20, 2026
What you get when you buy from Fahim Code, how and when it is delivered, which currencies and payment methods we accept, and how to reach a human. This page exists so payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, Wise, and Payoneer can verify our business, and so clients know exactly what to expect.
1. Business details
Fahim Code is operated by two registered companies. The entity that bills you is named on your quote, invoice, and checkout page.

- Phone / WhatsApp: +8801816430665
- Website: https://fahimcode.com
- Support hours: Sunday–Friday, 10:00–19:00 (UTC+6). Email is monitored outside those hours for urgent production issues.
2. What we sell
We sell digital services and digital deliverables: websites, mobile and web apps, Shopify and Webflow builds, GoHighLevel setup, funnels, API integrations, automation, AI agents, maintenance retainers, and consulting. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so no shipping method, shipping cost, or courier tracking applies to any order.
Scope, price, currency, and timeline for your order are set in the written quote, proposal, statement of work (SOW), or checkout page you approve before paying. That document controls if it conflicts with the general timelines below.
3. How delivery works
Everything is delivered remotely and electronically:
- Order confirmation: emailed immediately after payment, with a receipt from the payment provider.
- Kickoff: we confirm scope, access, and assets, then schedule the work.
- Handover: files, code, and credentials are delivered by email, shared drive, Git repository, or deployed directly to your hosting, store, or platform account.
- Ownership: on full payment you own the agreed deliverables as described in our Terms of Service.
4. Delivery timelines
Work starts within 1–3 business days of cleared payment and receipt of the access and content we need. Typical delivery windows, unless your SOW states otherwise:
- Small tasks, fixes, and single-page work: 1–5 business days
- Marketing sites, Shopify and Webflow builds, funnels, and GoHighLevel setups: 1–4 weeks
- Custom web and mobile applications, integrations, and automation: 3–12 weeks, delivered in milestones
- Retainers and maintenance: ongoing within the agreed monthly hours, with a response time stated in the retainer
- Downloadable or access-based digital products: delivered instantly or within 24 hours of payment
Milestone projects are delivered and reviewed in stages so you can see progress before the next payment is due. If we expect a delay, we tell you in writing with a revised date.
5. What can delay delivery
- Late feedback, approvals, content, or brand assets from your side
- Missing access to hosting, domains, stores, or platform accounts
- Scope changes requested after kickoff (re-quoted before we start)
- Outages or policy changes at third parties such as Shopify, Webflow, Meta, Apple, Google, or your host
Timelines pause while we are waiting on you and resume when the blocker clears.
6. Acceptance and revisions
After handover you have 7 days to review and report anything that does not match the agreed scope. We fix in-scope defects at no cost. Revisions included in your package are listed in the quote; work beyond that scope is quoted separately before we start.
7. Currencies, payment methods, and receipts
We invoice in USD by default, and can invoice in EUR, GBP, or BDT when agreed. The currency is shown on the invoice and checkout page before you pay.
- Accepted methods: credit and debit cards and other methods enabled through Stripe, plus Wise, PayPal, Payoneer, Relay, and bank transfer. The checkout or invoice names the provider used for that payment.
- Card statement: charges appear under the billing descriptor shown on your checkout page and payment receipt. If you do not recognise a charge, email us before filing a dispute and we will identify it the same business day where possible.
- Card data: handled by the payment provider. We never see or store full card numbers. See the Privacy Policy.
- Taxes and fees: prices may exclude VAT, GST, or sales tax. Bank and FX fees charged by your provider are yours unless agreed otherwise in writing.
8. Cancellation
You can cancel in writing at any time by emailing [email protected]. We stop work, invoice or credit for work completed to that point, and hand over what has been produced. Retainers and subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing date; store subscriptions are cancelled in your Apple ID or Google Play account. What is refundable is set out in the Refund Policy.
9. Refunds and disputes
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Approved refunds go back on the original payment rail — for card payments, back to the card through Stripe — and typically settle within 5–10 business days after approval. Contact us before opening a chargeback; most issues are resolved faster directly.
10. Restrictions
- We deliver worldwide, except where sanctions or export rules prohibit it.
- We do not take work for businesses prohibited by our payment providers, including illegal goods and services, adult content, gambling, unlicensed financial or pharmaceutical products, get-rich schemes, or anything designed to deceive users.
- We do not guarantee specific revenue, ranking, or conversion results unless a signed agreement says so.
11. Contact
Questions about an order, a delivery date, or a charge: [email protected] or +8801816430665. We reply to support email within 1 business day, and to billing or refund requests within 5 business days.
